What is Umrah?
Umrah is the cherished and lesser Islamic pilgrimage that can be performed at any time of the year. This is an act of immense faithfulness, devotion, humility and kindness. Embarking on an Umrah journey reconnects Muslims with the Almighty through Ibadah, self-reflection and Dhikr. The most energetic way to increase the experience of the Umrah journey is the recitation of supplications. Duas are the way to seek guidance on the right path, protection from evil, and the divine blessing of Allah Almighty. Umrah packages from the UK, of Islamic Travel, also provide a booklet of duas and complete guidance on reciting duas throughout the Umrah journey.
Importance of Duas during Umrah”
The word Dua comes from the Arabic word “to call upon Allah Almighty” and” to invoke “.Dua is the way to present your needs and desires to your creator, Allah Almighty. By making sincere Duas, all difficulties of Muslims can vanish, and their desires get fulfilled. As our beloved Prophet (PBUH) said in a Hadith;
“The supplication is the worship.”

Dua during Umrah plays a vital role, as it allows pilgrims to communicate directly with Allah Almighty. Every Muslim has access to recite the Dua regardless of their background and language. This personal and flexible act encourages pilgrims to concentrate entirely on all rituals of Umrah, such as Ihram, tawaf, Sai and Halq and Taqsir. Supplications can be made in any way in your heart or loudly. In this guide, we will discuss duas to recite during tawaf and sai in detail.
Duas during Tawaf
Tawaf refers to completing seven circles in a counterclockwise direction around the Holy Kaaba. With the Umrah visa, Muslims perform this central ritual of Umrah within the Mataf area near the Masjid al Haram. Travellers are encouraged to engage in the worship of Allah and in duas during Tawaf. There are no specific requirements for making Dua during tawaf. Tawaf does not need any verbal supplication for its validity. Just perform it correctly. Supplication, maintain your focus on Duas, give you a chance to express personal desires, and gratitude.
