The feature worth asking about is hourly hire, bookable in blocks from one to twenty four hours. It suits a family visiting relatives in Jeddah or shopping in Madinah with no fixed plan. For a plain airport run, ask for the flat rate as well, because it is normally cheaper.

Two things to confirm before booking. It sells shared rides as well as private ones, so state which you want. And unlike almost everyone else, airport pickups are paid in advance. Cancellations need 24 hours’ notice.
